Terms

Last updated October 26, 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

BskyKit (the website bskykit.app and its tools, together "the Service") is provided by Allan Charles Warsing, trading as Three Things Media, Härtingerstr. 29, 85051 Ingolstadt, Germany ("we", "us"). Contact: support@bskykit.app, +49 162 5972624. These terms apply to every use of the Service. How we handle data is set out in the privacy page.

BskyKit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Bluesky Social PBC. Your Bluesky account and your use of Bluesky are governed by the terms of Bluesky and of the server that hosts your account.

2. What you get

BskyKit is free. There is no paid plan, no subscription, and we do not ask for payment details. Support through Buy Me a Coffee is voluntary and does not unlock anything.

You do not create an account with us. Tools that only read public Bluesky data work without signing in. Tools that change your account need you to sign in with Bluesky.

3. Signing in with Bluesky

Sign-in uses Bluesky OAuth: you approve access on your own Bluesky server and never enter your password here. The session is kept in your browser, not on our server. You can sign out at any time, which revokes the session on your Bluesky server.

4. Actions on your account

Everything BskyKit writes to Bluesky, such as follows, unfollows, lists, list entries, and Starter Packs, is written to your own account, from your browser, only for the accounts and records you select and confirm. You are responsible for what you ask BskyKit to do and for following the rules of Bluesky and of your server, for example on bulk following.

Runs started on this device can be undone from History, but an undo cannot restore everything: restored follows and list items carry the date of the undo, a restored list gets a new address, and list edits in My Lists are not recorded as runs. Check the selection before you confirm.

5. Rate limits and fair use

  • Bluesky and your server limit how fast an account can read and write. BskyKit paces its runs to stay within these limits, so large runs take time and can pause until the limits reset. We cannot raise or bypass them.
  • Large follow runs can get an account labeled as spam by Bluesky. BskyKit suggests a daily limit; going past it is your decision.
  • You may not use the Service to send spam, to harass people, or to get around Bluesky's moderation, and you may not script or automate the Service or our server endpoints.

6. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, for example during maintenance or outages of Bluesky, the servers it relies on, or our hosting provider. Changes to Bluesky can stop a tool from working. We may improve, change, or end tools.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided free of charge and as is. Results depend on the data Bluesky returns, which can be incomplete or out of date, for example an account's last post or whether it follows you. See the disclaimer.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation (one whose fulfilment makes the use of the Service possible and on which you may rely), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of free service. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded.

9. Law and disputes

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the Service changes. The date at the top shows the current version; changes apply from your next use after they are published here.
